If you live within the Niagara Region and are able to pickup your order at our shop, please Contact Us to make the arrangements. Picking your order up at the New Mama Shop is a great way to get a personal product demonstration as well as see all of our many products in person!

We have found that some smaller & lighter items can be shipped for much less than calculated by our Shopping Cart Check Out. This happens because our shipping rates are calculated based on the items total purchase price.

As an example:
A Necklace that sells for $19.99 would be calculated at a Shipping Rate of $10 since the items price is between $10 - $99. However, the items size and weight would allow us to ship it for much less.

For this reason we have introduced the Canada Small Item Shipping rate for items that fit into this category.

Items That Qualify

DO NOT USE Canada Small Item Shipping If:

• The item you are purchasing is not listed under "Items That Qualify" (above).
• You are purchasing additional non-qualifying items with qualifying items. Small Item Shipping is only for qualifying items which are being purchased individually in the quantities listed under "Items That Qualify" (above).
• You are shipping to somewhere other than Canada.

Mistakes happen. If you use Canada Small Item Shipping for items that do not qualify we will not be able to ship your order until the proper shipping costs are covered. If you have selected this option accidentally please be sure to contact us right away and let us know of the error (Contact Us). We will contact you with the proper payment methods to make up the difference.

New Mama Shop is not currently shipping Internationally from our web site however we WILL put together a custom order via email or over the telephone.
